Turn on Signatures Allways?

Signatures are always on i think.

if the member doesnt have a sig at time of posting, then the post wont have a sig, even if they add one later.

if you look at the bottom of the box you type in to post amessage, you'll see "Show Signature", if this is unticked, the post will never show the signature of the user posting, if they have one or not. if the user doesnt have a signature, this is unticked, and they would need to edit the post to tick it if they add a sig later and wish to show it on the old post.

if this isnt what you ment, could you explain better what you mean?

This is set in your forum profile, on a per user biases by selecting:-

Always attach my signature to posts

It should be set to 'yes' by default, but it sounds like you have changed the default setting for this.

This option can be found just under the part where you write your signature.
