My graphics card seems to have a slot to plug in a TV ariel.  Forgive my ignorace, what else do I need to do to watch TV on my PC apart from plug in the ariel?  Download something?

Tuna is a fish, but if your Video Card has a built in Tuner you can watch with the software the video vendor has given you along, otherwise you can get one of the many pvr applications out there.

put the tv set on top of the pc.. now u got ur own "tv on pc" LOL
