	Borg, my present forum is 7.8. I'm having a lot of problems with some users who are banned but somehow manage to come back. Today, one of my moderators was banned somehow (we don't know what happened). How do I update the forum to 7.9 without losing the skin and the languages alterations I have done in my forum already? (And the messages and users, of course)? Thank you.

	Moderators have the right to de-actiavte and activate accounts. Make sure that one of your moderatrs is not messing around with the settings and that you haven't accidently given a member or group moderator permssions. There is only one file change between 7.8 and 7.9 to fix an XXS security bug, just replace the changed file:- registration_rules.asp
