Can anyone tell me where I can find information on the upgrade/update proces from Ver 8.03 to Ver 9.07?

If you download version 9 you will find database upgrade tools in the download. Instructions on how to use the database upgrade tools are in the read_me.txt file that comes with the database upgrade tools.

On the same subject... would it be possible to include an "upgrade from version 8 to version 10" tool when v10 comes out? I've not upgraded and now with the release of another major version, I'm thinking I should wait... well that is if a cool 8to10 tool were to be available.

There are already tools for upgrading from version 7 to the latest release, so it's just a case of expanding these tools, so yes there would be.
