Ok, I'm a dork, but I haven't updated the forum since beta 4.  I now want to get current and move up to 7.7, but I'm a little overwhelmed by all the changes.  Is there a database converter that will work here?  Any suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks!

I'm afraid that you should have followed the warning on beta versions that they where for testing purposes only and not to be used on live web sites.

This means that there is no update as such and so you will need to go through the Version History file and make all database changes that are required by hand.

All other Access versions of 7.x that are not beta versions you don't need to make any database changes and simply just update the files leaving the Access database untouched.

Thanks for your quick response Borg.  Yeah I know...as I said earlier I'm a dork.  Still even the beta works perfectly for me, so I'm not too worried about it.  I will go through and make the changes by hand and get up to date ASAP.

Looking at the version history the only change I can see you need to make to the database is:-

1. tblPermissions - Author_ID field added, datatype interger - default value 0
