upgrading from 7.01 to 7.6

	I hate to post a thread which is very similar to the others but I really don't want to screw up a simple forum upgrade. Obviously I want to keep my current database, the avatar folder which i have added to, and the forum_files for uploaded avatars. Do we need to extend one of the database fields on this upgrade? Any step by step help is much appreciated, cheers folks !
