	I also see forum members internal ip address such as 192.168.. WHy is the forum not picking up the actual ip address?

	ASP, I believe, is only able to get the IP Address from the User Agent sent by the browser. I think some security software is able to change the IP address (I know for a fact they can change the Referrer, referring page) and since there has to be an ip address they just replace it with the localhost

	Thanks for the info Scotty... is there anyway to find out a users ip address if they haven't posted?

	I also noticed that the active users link has a very handy ip ban link. It would make things a lot easier if the same link was clickable on the actual posting page.

	The only way to find out the IP of people who havent posted is via Active Users, as you've found. To ban the IP via a post click on "Post Options", you'll see the Ban IP link there
