Variable is undefined: ’SendMail’

I have setup up the forums and evertything works fine

Except that I get the error message below when I try to register a new user on the system. The problem seems to be the sendmail bit of the registration, of which I am using CDONTS and I also have Jmail and ASP mail which give the same error message.

The smtp server is set to the right thing and the user details are entered into the database, but the register email is not sent.

The error I get is

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'SendMail'

Anybody got any ideas, as its driving me up the wall. I've tried it on two seperate servers and it happens on both?

have just downloaded all the files again from the US not UK server and stuck them back on the server after deleting the old ones and it still doing the same thing!?

Any more ideas?

Aha.

Cracked it, my virus checker on the server had marked the file as unsafe due to suspicious code! However I've untagged it and told it not look at this file and now seems okay.
