	Moderator Group or New User Group profiles only sending normal topic. These groups can't create Sticky Topic or Announcement.

	make sure you have set the group permissions as that feature is based on the group permissions. most likly you have not enabled them i assume this is the issue you arent able ot use the feature?

	of course i am sure.. i selected but dosent work this feature.. please try it, you will see.. how can i fix that?
