Is there a batch script I can run at login that will load a random wallpaper from a specific folder?

create a new table with ID, image Link

then
  • set a query to select all records
  •  randomise function (randomise) NOT DB
  • connection.max = random number
  • connection.move random number
then get the URL for image and then save it to a cookie/session

then in the skin file set the bg image as the session.cookie value.

its not tested or anything but i think that theory would work. its how my banner rotator works.

Is there any way of doing a batch script that will change the wallpaper color rather than the bg image?
