Do you mean the web.config that contains the URL Rewrite Rules?

I have this file in my directory with version 1.7 (Web Wiz URL Rewrite release 1.7). I guess that what you sent me one day.

The file is used for URL Rewriting if you have the IIS 7 Rewrite Module installled on your server.

If you do then Friendly URL's would be used that change the page name to a friendly HTML page name which improves search engine indexing and ranking.
