Web Forum Customization

I have just installed a version of web wiz form on my site.  http://www.askcomputerexperts.com/forum/

I need help customizing the look of it and customizing the pages so we can put ads on it.  I have seen in this discussion forum that some users have really customized their forums and they look pretty good.  If someone can help me do this it will be greatly appreciated.  Of course this will be a paid project and we can discuss compensation.
