The forums are good for general questions and trying to find solutions for problems, but they are not dedicated support or after sales. My advice would be for you to
contact Bruce at sales, and raise your concerns, and look back at your emails for the product you purchased.

It may be that the answer was yes as the product does work, but your point I guess was will it work as part of a mySQL based forum, which clearly I think Bruce has highlighted in his post 13th April 2009 that it would not. Therefore I assume that your initial question to him in your email was unclear, and hence why he told you yes originally.
I do not work for Web Wiz so I cannot give you any definitive solutions or answers for this, but I know that they are a reputable company, who will look at your case and should be able to give you some sort of resolution for this.
