Hi,

Love WebWizForum, but what is a 'sticky topic' and how should it be used?

(and yes - I know they're not very warm chocolate bars LOL )

the are pinned at the top of the forum, they are the first topics to be displaied .. you can have a pinned topic before a brand new topic.

also there are announcments that allow you to pin a tipic at the top of every forum.

Sticky Topics are great to keep certain information right at the top of its topic Simon, ive begun to use them to my work advantage by 'pinning' sponsors adverts and plugs for their clubs and bars

Just remember to un-sticky them when they have expired Wink

I was thinking about this the other day and I thought, gee, would a time limit be nice on this. In other words, as part of the post, if a sticky, offer an expiration date where the status would be changed automatically.

Will have to think about that some more. Smile
