I don't know anything helpful about Siamese cats or conjoined twins, but a friend of a friend pointed me to a great brainstorming 'course' that arrives as 5 informative emails.

It helped me sort out how to approach building my own site, which is still in (v. slow) process, alas.     Might help you, too...
