ok now to the real part
im hired as a System administration in a medium sized company. Or to be more precise, an IT administrator, since i also look into and take care of other IT matter and development. Due to size of the company and the IT department itself, there is no IT manager above me but i am certainly NOT the IT manager ever.
And now the management has asked me to actually write a Back Office solution proposal which intregrates in all the company branches and forigen representatives in all business routines especially the accounting.
Now im not a software analyst neither an IT manager but i do have technical know how of building softwares as well as writting their guidelines, proposals and documentation but not of an ERP like solution for god sake.
The deadline is Saturday 31 December and its Friday 30 December right now. This proposal was asked 2 months ago, and with the loaded work i dont think i did get enough time for analysis but i did what ever i could. Still cant deliver the quality of a professional analyst and that is what the management has asked for. I think its time for resign now, i work with an attitude and usually dont take bullsh*t from management so changing jobs is my hobby..
