I have transfer my data into web hosting, when i try to register a new member, there is some promble as follow:

Access Denied

Error Error
Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

My email component is "CDONTS",So i config as follow:

Email Component to use:
You must have the component you select installed on the web server.
You can use the Server Compatibility Test Tool to see which components you have installed on the server.
< name=component> < value=CDOSYS>CDOSYS < value=CDOSYSp>CDOSYS (Pick Up - Used for localhost) < value=CDONTS ed>CDONTS < value=Jmail>JMail < value=Jmail4>Jmail ver.4+ < value=AspEmail>AspEmail < value=AspMail>AspMail
Outgoing SMTP Mail Server (NOT needed for CDONTS):
You only need this if you are using an email component other than CDONTS. It must be a working mail server or the forum will crash.
< id=mail maxLength=50 size=30 value=localhost name=mail>
(eg. mail.myweb.com)
Outgoing SMTP Mail Server Username
If the outgoing SMTP Server you are using requires username authentication then specify it here.
Please see the list above for email components that support authentication.
< id=mailUser maxLength=50 size=30 name=mailUser>
Outgoing SMTP Mail Server Password
If the outgoing SMTP Server you are using requires password authentication then specify it here.
Please see the list above for email components that support authentication.
< id=mailPass = maxLength=50 size=30 name=mailPass>

This error has nothing to do with email settings.

As the error message says you need to insure that you have cookies and javascript enabled in your web browser.

Often internet security software, AV software, ad blockers, and browser plugins can effect this type of thing.
