Why do I always see license agreement ?

When you go into the forum admin, it might actually be solving your problem by resetting things, intead of causing your problems.

I think you problem is not related to the Admin Screen at all.  It looks like you have another problem.

Maybe Borg can enlighten us.  He knows what happens when you go to the Admin area.  Maybe it is resetting or resyncing something and that is solving your problem temporarily.  Maybe they will help us find out what the real problem is.
