Why do I have these "�" characters everywhere?

	Here is a sample... The angle 80��, 90��, 110��, etc. We use tools � rotary-style floor machines with pads or brushes, self-contained extractors that spray, brush and extract all in a single step � that are adaptations of tools used to clean one-dimensional hard-surface floors. 	You have the wrong "page encoding" setup. Open the following file: includes/setup_options_inc.asp And towards the bottom of the file you'll see the reference "UTF-8" Change that to: iso-8859-1 Save and close the file and you should be good. I'm no WWF guru etc, so please do wait if need be for the nod from Bruce or one of the Tech Team on here.. But if you decided to give it a go and something goes wrong, just change it back :) Good luck and take care, Shaun
