Why does forum show up twice? (resolved)

Today one of my forums suddenly began being displayed twice (in duplicate) when members log in, but with the "Guest" view and logged in with an "Admin" account, this forum is displayed correctly (only once). How can this be corrected? I see the same result after repairing the database. I am using the free version of Web Wiz Forums on a single computer running IIS 6.0 on Microsoft Server 2003 using Access for the database. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There seems to have been some mismatch between group permissions, particular individual user permissions, and forum permissions, and I believe that's what was causing the problem, but still not sure why. I've got it fixed though, so I thought about deleting my original post, but I think I'll leave it here in case someone has the same problem. Moderator... please take this down if it is customary to do so.
