Posting your email address is just asking for spam. Try posting something to confuse spambots... e.g. ryan.hates.spam@domain.com. People should be able to figure it out.

That is why I posted my yahoo account... Yahoo has a really good spam filter, and I don't use it as my default e-mail anyway.
