I just dropped by a site that uses WWF emoticons in one of it sscripts... was just checking if this has any copyright violation.. espicially it is a Rich Text Editor script

He does have permission.

We did a trade, he allowed me use parts of his RTE in mine in exchange for using the emoticons from this site.
