WWF MSSQL and not not setting up the DB

   Hello all,

I seem to have a problem lately, I am runnign MS server 2003 and MS Sql 2005, when I install the software (10.16) and run through the setup it will not save the settings into the db setup file.

Here is what happens

1. Install software
2. Create DB in MS SQL
3. set Iuser to having read/write to the DB folder
4. Run setup
5. Choose new install, Enter in all information (server name, DB name, DB user name, DB password)
6. Run Test connection and it says it connects fine
7. Press next.
8. Goes back to the first screen to choose New, upgrade etc
9 Look at the DB tables are not created.
10. Look at the database_settings.asp file didn't save my input
11. Verify Security settings on Database folder. Iuser_CN has read/write
12. verify securty settings on database_settings.asp. Iuser_cn has read/write

I have tried outside of my main web root folder as well and still same issue. Anyone have any ideas???
