	The problem does not in that. It's exactly. I have asked one of the moderator to block my IP address, then I entered with rights of the usual user, without using masking or proxy and I have written the message without any problems. What can you say about it? I have constant IP address...

	IP blocking does work and has been tested many times it is possible that your forum is corrupted or not running correctly for some reason. Also make sure you are entering in the IP address in the correct format. To block a single IP address enter it in as if. Fopr an IP range you need to type in:- 200.200.200.* Edited by -boRg-

	If you are the admin and wish to test this you can block your own IP adrress yourself. Blocking your own IP address won't stop you accessing the forum it just prevents you from posting.
