	boRg, maybe you should add "You can/cannot upload files/images in this forum" in the bottom of the forum_topics.asp... Or maybe it will take too much space....

	if you have uploads disabled, then there is no button to upload with... right? no button, no try to upload, no?

	you're running the danger to treating users like stupid people. i think it's best if you keep users informed (ie, make your productive more informative) however not necessary cloud the board with junks.
