Heres the ones I know:

  • ASP.net uses Suns idea of a garbage can, where when memory fills up it dumps all unused objects
  • ASP.net compiles code the first time its run to the caching memory store, compiled code runs faster than interpreted code (ASP)
  • More flexibility and freedom
  • Ability to integrate C# (C sharp) and C++ into pages

And several more

hey dipsh*t, i've seen some of your code, and you are in no position to be able to judge "real" and "amateur"

As someone who is primarily an ASP 3.0/VB6 programmer, i find your comments insulting.....

Get a clue before you post dumb stuff like that, or maybe get some skill

Gullanian still posting 'arguable' points and Morningz getting stuck into em about it. (Fair enough to!)

Good to be back..
There have been many, many posts made throughout the world...
This was one of them.
