Yup, but this will ony work if you are on the same network as the webserver, otherwise you will have to use the IP. Also, if the computer has more then one IP address, you will have to use the IP address instead, otherwise it picks the default IP and if the webserver isn't configured for that IP, you will get an error saying there is no site configured for that address. Oh, i forgot to put the http: in front of the // earlier too, sorry bout that, so it should be:
http://webservername
or
http://webserverip
