Mmmphh. I don't have anything definite on that. But I am pretty sure I have read a couple articles on the difficulty of placing SQL Server 2005 on the same machine with 2000. I have 1.1 and 2.0 on my machine, and haven't had any problems...Don't know about VS2003/5, I figure that would probably be the one most unlikely to cause problems.

Yes, they can all co-exist happily. .net 2.0 installs as a seperate version and only handles apps compiled against 2.0. You can use a different instance name for SQL Server 2005 which allows you to have 2 servers on the same box. and VS just sits along side the other

Can they co-exist with .net 1.1, VS2003, and SQL Server 2000?

I would recommend though to install SQL 2005 as the default instance and 2000 as a named instance. Especially if you want to use Analysis Services, it makes it simpler.
