Borg since your an f'n genious maybe you could help me. I have my 7.x version of the forum on a "GoDaddy" ms sql server. They do not let you use "Enterprise Manager" to get to your DB you have to use their control panel. Well my problem is this. i cannot back up my database. They have an export tool to export it to csv but it times out, and i get a 404 page every time on my tblThread table.
I recently bought another webspace w/ms sql and i was wondering if you knew of a way to copy the tables, using asp or something, from my 7.x to 8.x?
I have contacted godaddy about this issue and they keep telling me to do it their way, and i say "it times out" and they say "we will escalade this" but i never hear anything again...
Just thought i'd ask you!
