problem solved
cause of problem :
at about three week ago i was upgraded my server mother bord and CPU(before it i removed all hardwares) after this i was repaired windows and updated it and forgot to set default to my language.

that doesn't solve the problem if someone visit your forum and he or she didn't change their regional settings

can you please let me know how to change the database type from access to access with unicode ....

I know it could be very simple but sorry I don't know how its done

i have same problem With mail System
after uploading my Site into New host (7host.com) i have this Problem
when user send Email from Contact us Of Site and Write some letters in persian lang after sending email will convert to Question marks like this

i try to add
session.codepage=1256
for arabic Support on Send_email.asp  and into a Contactus.asp File (Meta tag Windows-1256)
but Error not solved . what can i do ?

It maybe that your hosts needs to install persian langauge support onto the server.

i dont think
because other persian pages work correctly (databases and Webpages that have persian information)
