Connect to Auth Server through Proxy?

	My web-server uses a proxy server, so it fails the test to connect to the authentication server for the premium edition. I have contacted the admin, and they gave me the code to put into a web.config file to connect to the database, but to my knowledge, that is for asp.net, not asp. How would I go about setting up the forum package to connect through this proxy server with these settings, or make asp read a web.config file to load those settings?

	web.config is for ASP.NET and will not work with ASP.NET. ASP can not use a proxy servers, many weeks were spent looking into this and there is no workaround.
