Having to maintain and debug two code bases is a horror show. As noted above, the PHP forum market is saturated. The ASP market is dominated by WWF.
Why put all the time and effort in to enter the PHP market where you're just one of the crowd when that same time and effort could ensure that you continue to dominate the ASP world?

I accept what dyper say at his first statement!
PHP Market is full of crowd , coz they are more people.
Asp market they are not so much people preferring coz it costs too much than asp.
Developing application PHP Can Stune the market with great results.

after visited your site, I see you are not that kind of person who wants to spend money on hosting. Is that the reason why you want this in PHP? because you can't find proper free ASP hosts but good free PHP hosts?
if thatæ's the case, you should either give up on this ASP thing and move to PHP or pay the small money it costs to host your website with a professional host

No friend, I mean towards an good bussiness, I have site in PHP
These are mine :

I Like WWF , But only thing it stops me is an ASP Forum,
Developers need to think that people are shifting towards php rather than asp.

I disagree, developers need to be moving away from php and asp to asp.net IMHO.

Agree with you on that one. There's coders and then there's developers. PHP and ASP are more like coder languages. Asp.net works better with organized developer methodologies. Would like to see the next version of PHP though. Looks like they're trying to make a response to asp.net and java.

I agree to .net oriented but the only disadvantage is the windows platform is a bit costly when compared to unix.
that's why still the unix platform stands.

Well apparently a unix compatible CLR is in development. But I don't think it will be as good as the windows one.

Well, Most cheap unix hosting seems to be in the $4-$8 per month range and cheap windows hosting is $5-$10 per month. Hardly a major difference.
