	Check that you have the correct details in the database_connection.asp file to connect to your SQL Server database.

	it only happens sometimes. Database_connection.asp is with default values, except for the MSSQL server details. (IP, server username, server password, database name).

	If this is an intermittent problem, it suggest an issue with either the SQL Server being down or a network connection issue between the web server and the SQL Server. You should contact web hosting provider.
