Two members of my forum are having issues posting pictures, other members have posted pictures with no issues. They are receiving an error message saying "
error inserting, object in current location" when they click "
OK" in the "
Image Properties" window. The image does appear when they click "
preview".
I explained how to post pictures in detail and walked one member through the process. We tried uploading it to the server and the direct link from Photobucket.
I edited his post and was able to post the pictures.
Both members experiencing difficulty are using Windows 8.1 and IE, I suspect this is the problem. I had many issues when using 8.1 and lost the compatibility button in IE. The compatibility button solves any issues in Windows 8.
Is there another option we can try, or should I send a support ticket?
