the users and myself on the webwiz forums i have kepp getting the report of a "stack overflow at line:0" What does this mean and what can i do to get ride of it?

The error means that you have deleted the blank gif avatar file, this can happen when upgrading, changing the deafult avatar file, or replacing avatars with your own avatars.

You must have the following file:-

forum_images/blank.gif

It needs to be a blank gif image file.

You made need this in the avatars directory, as you never said waht version of the forum you are using.

To be safe just put copies of it in all the directories with images.
