I am moved from MS Access to MS SQL , but it loads really slow Confused

any idea why it is ?

thats does take a while (23 secs)... or you on a shared host, also is there far between SQL server and WEB server..

2nd is ussully the case check with your host on the distance (connections) between SQL and web servers.

who is your web host?

My guess would be that your SQL Server and web server are not on the same network and have significant distance bwtween them.

The faster the network, and shorter the distance between your web sever and MS SQL Server, the faster your forum will run.

This is what is probably coursing the slowness.

Over possibilities could be that the web server or MS SQL Server are overloaded.
