Fogotten Admin Password

Now 1 problem that i have entered my password 2-3 timez rng then i cant remmember my password i click on Forgotten your password?    n entered info after that when i remmeber my password now i cant login and also i dont have get any mail what to do???????


iz there any files which i can edit and get my password back i dont need to reupload filez i will edit my old files n get password back some one will help?????????

Could you explain what you mean by "i dont have get any mail".  One idea would be to edit the admin author entry and ensure it has your Email address ... then do a "reset of password" ... and get it sent to you?

It makes you want to scream:

LET ME IN!

doesn't it.

So it sounds to me that:

1. You are the admin.
2. You forgot your password.
3. The e-mail you gave is invalid so you can't have it reset and e-mailed to you.

Is this correct?

If you have access to the database, do this:

1. Create a new account.  And remember the password this time.
2. Go into the database into the Author's table.
3. Find your new account.
4. Copy the encrypted password of the new account into the password field of the Administrator account.
5. Close the database.
6. Login as Administrator with the new password.
7. Change your e-mail address in your profile to a valid e-mail address.
8. Memorize or write down said password and keep it in a safe location somewhere so this doesn't happen again.
