Writing three posts within three hours does not give you an answer any quicker. It can be that you are on a shared host like i.e. Brinkster so the application variables are shared, that means you may be seeing users online from other websites. And no, there is nothing you can do about it unless you get a decend paid host.

Turnaround here is pretty good on getting answers, but I still expect to wait at least 24 hours before getting a reply back.  I am often surprised at an earlier reponse though.

If you are using a free web host, then you pretty much get what you pay for.  There is no way to fix that problem if you are using a free web host since they control the server and how it's set-up.

The Active Users function is not supported on most free web hosts.  Sorry.
