Can someone please look at this logo:
and let me know the exact color that is being used at the bottom? I know that it's mauve. But I need the exact color such as #ffffff.

Thank you for figuring this out! I am just curious. How did you figure this out? I really would like to be able to figure out colors in Fireworks.

In Fireworks or other images programs you can color select, and it will tell you the colour.

thats what i did , opened Photoshop, and color picked the color in question and then double clicked the color dialoge box that then shows the hex value

Hi Misty,

The easy way is to copy/paste the image into FW and use the fill color or line color tool to display the color. You can also use the "Color Picker" extension in FireFox to help out on web page images.
