If you are using the access version there is a migartion tool on the page you download the forum from.

Ouch I downloaded the new version and overlayed the 6.41 code in my web and ouch it no longer works I thought it was seamless.  What am I missing?

Download this migration tool and follow the instructions on porting your data over from the old database to the new database, as the database between versions has changed a great deal.

The old database for v6, will NOT work with v7.

I did everything!  Migration tool and when I get in I try to go to the admin area by executing http://winprod2.ews.iweb.eds.com/cco/development/forum/admin/default.asp i get in but when I change anything I get a page not found.

It won't be a page con not be found, it will be 500 Internal server error.

Turn off friendly HTTP errors in IE, to get what the error is and a line number.

Also make sure you have compacted and repaired the database in access before and after the migration process.
