Ive got a basic frameset, (please dont bombard me with anti frame hate, I know what im doing), but no matter what I try the frames still have a small border between themselves.....  Anyone know how to remove this.

have you used the frameborder=0 attribute?

Frames are actually a VERY good way to save on bandwidth if you have graphical buttons. They do have more than just a couple esoteric uses.
