Looks like it's trying to email someone about the post, but the email component isn't one that's on the machine.

Either turn off email notification in the admin area, or contact your
hosting company to findout if they have any email components installed
and the correct settings from them.
You can get a list of supported email components from the email configuration page in the admin area.

Hi
I have turned off the e-mail notfication and it has solved the problem.
but of course i would like it to be working at some point, so how do i solve it?
is there something i need to add to one of the .asp files or something or is it to do with my ISP provider?

ask your host what email components they have installed, and configure it in the admin area.. if its a free host, they dont have email..

its not a free host, but i just phoned them and they said all ok from their side of things
i mean if the rest of the files would be ok, why not that one? going home to check it this lunchtime, is there anything i need to specifically look for in the script for that particular asp?
thx for the help guys, i really appreciate it

you dont need to change anything in the files.. just choose one of the components your server has installed..
