Hello ppl,

i was wondering if any one know a portal like the one that from MadDog. http://portal.madasp.com/

Still didnt figure out if we can get that one for free???

But i just need to have pools and calender and some other things like that.. i know it is possible to do it, but making them work together could take some time...

There are free portals out there but maddogs is the only one I know that has wwg apps in there but it does cost money.

After the final version of WWF 7 comes out there will be more portals just like MadDogs, supposedly better and free...

Should come back here and ask again after the final WWF 7 is out.

well guys, for your information, i find maddog's portal is a very well-scripted integration of the best apps web wiz guide offers at a very low price for the hardwork put into it, the support service that is offered is excellent and overall ease of use and modification is unmatched. Borg's forum is the best asp forum on the internet and Maddog helps with it and shares his fees with Borg to encourage him to continue his hardwork for everyone to profit. He is a major contributor to keeping this forum free. The vast list of features his portal has to offer is unbeatable and lots of hardwork goes into it so i understand that people would want to be credited and thanked for their hardwork. Just thank people like him and Borg for giving you opportunities like this. Thanks, Drew (Maddog).

Let's hope that someone makes a portal that is better than MadDogs and free. Free forum, free portal, free applications.

Free stuff helps the ASP community mature. The only reason PHP has grown so fast is because it is free and a lot of components that relate to PHP are free; like MySQL (the database that most PHP applications use) and Apache (a free web server that most PHP applications use)

If you are into making a profit from this then all I can say is *bleep* you. Let it be known that I strongly appose MadDog selling his portal and Borg taking a cut from its sales.

MadDog helps Borg for free just like the rest of us giving him good ideas and encouraging him. I believe that this forum would still be free even if MadDog's portal was free.
