A number of my members said they recieved an error (saying that they were not allowed to spam) when posting a new message. This is because they had pressed the submit button twice.
Is there a reason why the submit buttons on post reply / new topic / quick reply forms shouldn't be disabled once they are clicked? I have changed it on a test install just copying a line of javascript code from the search page - and it seems to work well.
I think this would be a good thing to add to 8.5 (or 9.0).... if it hasn't been already.
