It’s 3.30am again ..Help Me

Firstly sorry for being such Lamer ...

Trying to get the board up and running on my web site.

Things I have done
Uploaded files to my server into the correct directory
CHMOD all .ASP's to 755

Tried several pages of the newly installed forum but always get a text document that seems to say the same thing no matter what page I try.
i.e
..........................................
<% @ Language=VBScript %> <% Option Explicit %> <!--#include file="common.asp" --> <!--#include file="functions/functions_date_time_format.asp" -->
.......................................................... ....................
CHMOD files back to 644 but still the same problems.

If you can help please lay it out from start to finish what I need to do ok  !

Right from the start please .....ok im ready

Any help from you guys greatly appreciated.

Yes the server supports .ASP

I CHMOD the files because thats how little I know. I thought you had to do this for all files that were expected to do somthing.

have you tried just reuploading the files? without CHMODDING them?

try that and tell us what it says (make sure you have freindly error messages turn OFF in IE)
