pretty good... i like the orginization. my only quarrel is that the ads on the right side of the page are a bit too obtrusive.

The adds detract from the look of your site. Are they click-thru adds, or just links to related sites? If just links, you might want to redo them as just links with a sentence or two that look and feel more like your site.

BTW, for those who spell organization as orginization, www.webster.com
