Ritch textare. Please help

Dear all,

I want to make this textarea same like www.qloob.com/vb textarea (with more smiles and editing options) how can i modify the Web Wiz disscussio forum form to that way. Thank you for your reply.

There is also a smilies include somewhere that you can modify to add more smilies.  I forgot where it is at the moment and I don't have instant access to the code where I'm at to look.  But its in there.

You would need to edit the file RTE_messsage_form.asp found in the includes directory.

I wouldn't know, you will probally have to do quite a bit of research on how this type of thing is embeded into a web page then write javascript to go with the buttons to input this into the editor.

You will also probally need to change the security filters so thatthis is not stripped from posts.

Maybe making new forum codes would do it, but you will also need to change the formatting and editoting functions to convert and de-convert your forum codes to HTML.

All this is not simple and would probally take me at least a week to write correctly and test.
