I'm testing out the upgrade from version 6.28 to 7.8, and it is going
fairly smoothly apart from one thing. When I use the upgrade mod to
transfer the data over, it seems to work, but gives the total number of
posts as 0.
When you go into a particular section it appears OK, but the homepage shows 0 posts, and doesn't add any when you add a post.
I have searched for this problem, but couldn't find anything similar, perhaps few people are doing such a large upgrade jump?
I also get an error when I try and post (
Server.CreateObject Failed
/forum/functions/functions_send_mail.asp,
line 153) but I assume that is because my local server doesn't have
sendmail enabled. I only mention it incase it is connected?
