Hi,

I'm having a problem suspending users. Every time a set an user as "non-active", somehow he/she manages to be back a few moments later - and one of this users even wrote to me saying "How come I'm able to post new messages if I'm suspended for a week? How can I do that?", meaning "he/she" was not responsible for that.

What could be happening?

have you added any MOD's to the forum, or edited it in anyway

and have you tested this with a test account?

Moderators and otyer forums admins have the ability of un-suspending accounts.

Borg, no, I haven't added any MODS and I surely didn't edit the forum (I wouldn't even know how...). And I have 3 moderators I trust - and, as matter of fact, they were the ones who brought the problem to my attention in the first place...

So... What could be happening?

Try upgrading to the latest version and see if that solves your problem.

Also try making a test account and suspending it yourself and then login with it to see if it remains suspended.
