ASPuploads

Hi folks

I have the ASPuploads facility installed on the server but this what happens when someone tries to upload an avatar.

It creates a new sub folder under the path in the directory, eg /uploads/joebloggs/anyimage.jpeg even  though I instruct the images to be placed in the /uploads folder

So basically the images are uploaded to the server but at the point of upload a window opens which says 'be patient while the image is uploaded etc' when close this a window says 'internal server error' and the avatar is not set for the user.

Strangely enough I can do this OK and the avatar is displayed but other registered users can't?
